Our online business hours are 9 a.m.-5 p.m. Pacific Standard Time, Monday-Friday.
Placing an item in your shopping cart does not reserve that item. Another customer may purchase the item even if it is in your cart. Very occasionally our shopping cart may double-sell a single item when multiple customers check-out simultaneously. In those instances we will notify the customer and provide a complete refund on the item.
All items in stock will be shipped from San Diego, CA within 1-5 business days after your order and payment have been received. Occasionally it may take longer to ship in which case the buyer will be notified by email after the order and payment have been received.
Shipping Charges and Sales Tax
Shipping charges and applicable California sales taxes are not included in the product price and will be added, unless otherwise specified. Shipping fees are not refundable. We are required to charge sales tax on goods that are billed and shipped to our customers within the state of California. The tax rate is 8%.
We ship internationally via USPS. Please contact us for availability to your destination and for rates. We will send your order after receiving payment for the order and shipping costs. Currently customers in the U.K. and Singapore are able to check out through our shopping cart without paying for shipping so that we can invoice you the correct USPS shipping after the order is packed. You will be responsible for any import duties, VAT, or tariffs that are required upon arrival in your country.
We can include a message for gifts. Please write your message in the “order notes” section at checkout and we will include it in the shipment.
Returns and Exchanges
Handmade items and items made from natural materials have markings and imperfections. We do not accept returns and exchanges on items due to these features intrinsic to handmade and natural materials. If imperfections are not acceptable, please do not purchase from Entoten.
Please check the contents of your order immediately upon delivery. If for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item or exchange it for the purchase price. However, shipping fees will not be refunded.
If you wish to return an item, please notify us within 5 business days following receipt of the item. You can do this via e-mail at hello (at) entoten.com or by phone at 858-314-8081. The item must be returned in unused, sellable condition. Please note that the customer will be responsible for paying for all return shipping costs.

Entoten LLC reserves the right to update or modify these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
None of the items sold by Entoten are tested for safety of use. When you purchase from Entoten, you agree to defend, indemnify and hold Entoten harmless from all claims, damages, costs and expenses, including attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your use of this website and products purchased from us.
Some or all of these items are individually handmade and therefore may have discrepancies even among like items. They are sold “as-is” and without warranties. While we strive to be error-free, there maybe typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions in any part of this website, artist and product descriptions, pricing and availability. We reserve the right to correct or update any error at any time without notice, including after you have submitted your order. We do our best to depict product colors accurately, but please be aware that colors may appear differently depending on the monitor on digital device. Therefore, we cannot guarantee the accuracy of colors shown in the photos.
